PFT: The 2023 Year in Review

Before we rev up for another year of crafting dreams on wheels, let's shine a light on Premier Food Trucks' remarkable achievements throughout the past year.

In 2023, we achieved a new milestone by constructing 21 food trucks. These trucks found homes with clients ranging from household names like Cousins Maine Lobster, Retail Sports Marketing, and Subway to smaller, local businesses. Our fleet now operates successfully in various cities, including Denver, Las Vegas, Portland, Freehold, and more.

A highlight of the year was completing our 40th food truck for Cousins Maine Lobster, one of our most enduring and successful partners. This year also saw the assembly of their 41st and 42nd trucks, which are currently in progress at our shop.

An extraordinary project was the construction of the "Giant Food Desert Fighter" - a bus converted into a mobile kitchen for the Eskenazi Health Foundation, a non-profit organization. This unique truck is on a mission to combat the scarcity of quality food in various food deserts.

Our Premier Food Trucks family continued to grow in 2023, welcoming new team members from marketing experts to wrap installers and enthusiastic trainees. Our company continues to be a hub of opportunities and growth.

Additionally, we made our first significant charitable donation, gifting a Custom Built 2008 Diesel MT 45 food truck to Brotherhood of the Fallen, a charity organization. This donation was a milestone for us, marking our commitment to supporting the causes we believe in.

As we bid farewell to 2023, we reminisce about the festivals, food truck launches, and the joy of connecting with new people. With great anticipation, we look forward to embracing whatever 2024 has in store for us.
