Nothing screams freedom like a food truck festival. What’s a more patriotic combination than a broad range of food trucks bustling with a variety of aromas and flavors paired with fireworks? The 4th of July is right around the corner and We The People at Premier Food Trucks took the liberty of scouting out the best five Independence Day festivals across the country. From far and wide, the events we have selected are sure to bring you the cream of the crop of the most star-spangled best foodie fun for the whole family.


#5. The 7th Annual Corpus Christi Food Truck Summerfest

This newfound staple of food truck fun is taking place at 304 N. Shoreline Blvd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401. The event is set to include a vast assortment of food trucks ensuring a variety of different foods to pair with the live music, petting zoo and entertaining activities at the kid’s truck zone. The modus operandi of this festival is to pair delicious food with fun activities for everyone to enjoy as well as fireworks later in the evening.

#4. Fire Up The Cliffs

O' say can you see the food trucks illuminated by the fireworks set off overlooking the breathtaking mountains of Colorado. This event takes place at East Park Avenue at South 6th Street Kremmling, CO 80459. Consisting of awe-inspiring fireworks display over the mountains, a fantastical beer garden and a multitude of food trucks paired with live music will ensure this to be a banner event.

#3. Glendale’s 4th Of July

The momentous Glendale 4th of July event is one for the history books. The day begins with a parade extravaganza which includes various acts and performers as well as a children’s parade. The food truck festival starts shortly afterwards. Comprising of many diverse and appealing vendors that could satisfy any tastebud. The food truck categories range from sweet, salty, savory, beverages, entrees and snacks. The contents of each menu have something for everyone. A “Super Soak” is listed in the itinerary that is hosted by the North Shore Fire Department. An ideal cool down scenario for a hot summer’s day. The event is also showcasing live music and a phenomenal fireworks display later in the evening. #2. Royal Oak Taco Fest

Party like an Americana at this momentous food truck festival spanning four days at the Royal Oak Taco Fest taking place in Downtown Royal Oak, MI 48067. This festival is sure to be more jam packed than any tortilla could potentially hold. With a live music lineup that ranges across all genres from the region’s best acts, it’s the perfect pair with the impressive lineup of 30 taco food trucks from the best Mexican cuisine in the area. This festival is also sure to bring you the coldest, most refreshing margaritas and a carefully crafted list tequilas for you to choose from. This family friendly event will host a Kids Zone equipped with face painting, multiple bounce houses and so much more! For the older crowd they have Lucha Libre wrestling! Also on the roster is a hot pepper challenge and a timed taco eating contest.

#1. Harrisburg, PA 4th Of July Food Truck Festival

Are you ready to party like its 1776? Harrisburg PA’s food truck festival most certainly is. Located at Riverfront Park, N Front St, Harrisburg 17101 you’ll find a broad range of 45+ food trucks with the Nation’s most diverse range of flavors. The festival spans 8 hours of the biggest selection of food trucks, A beer/wine garden, two music stages consisting of local music artists as well as performances by The US Air National Guard Band of the Northeast. This event also consists of entertainment and events for the kids that spans across the whole day. The event will go out with a bang with extravagant fireworks display set at 9:15
